Facility Rental

All events at the Harris Alumni Center at Johnson Glen must be booked through Pam Harris, assistant director of events, by completing and submitting an Event Request Form. Event requests must be submitted four weeks prior to the date requested. You will be notified of availability via e-mail within three business days.

Henry H. Doss Lounge

Hathcock-Humble Board Room
-Occupancy: 2-16

The Allen Tate Great Hall and the Board Room both have smart podiums with laptop connectivity, interactive monitors, PC, microphone, DVD/VHS player, and 51-inch flat panel displays.
